President of landscaping company to lead workshop for homeowners on outdoor water features.

Calgary, Alberta (June 3, 2013) – Ron Jones, president of Ananda Landscapes, announced today that he will be leading a workshop hosted by the Calgary Horticultural Society on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

“I truly believe that water features, such as koi ponds and fountains, add a majestic element to any landscape,” commented Ron Jones, president of Ananda Landscapes. “I have been educating homeowners on the ambience created by water features for decades.”

The Calgary Horticultural Society is hosting the workshop at a time when many homeowners are considering adding to their landscape and outdoor space before the summer fully blooms in Calgary. In addition to being atheistically pleasing, water features also add an enchanting sound to your garden. The cost of the workshop is $30.00 for members and $40.00 for non-members.

“At this workshop, I will explain the benefits of backyard water features, and also teach homeowners how to build and maintain water features in their own yards,” said Jones. “I’m looking forward to the event and hope to see many Calgary homeowners in attendance.”
